Gemfibrozil: Common side effects include: dyspepsia, abdominal pain, diarrhea, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, lfts elevated, ck elevation, more severe side effects: myositis, myopathy, rabdomyolysis, cholelithiasis, cholestatic jaundice, acute appendicitis, anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, atrial fibrillation, cataracts(animal studies), hypersensitivity rxn, exfoliative dermatitis.
