What are the lasts days of dying in cancer like? is it painful?

Quite varied: Death from cancer may come in may different forms. There may not be any pain or discomfort at the time of death. Most adavnced cancer patients go downhill slowly and develop increasing organ dysfunction. Patients may go into increasing sleepiness to coma when the vital organs failing include liver, kidney or brain. Infections are a common terminal event(pneumonia or blood) .Palliative care helps.
