Full examination: With your symptoms lasting for a whole year, I would definitely advise a full examination from your doctor as well as some lab tests, some stool sample studies, and maybe even a colonoscopy to identify why you have such frequent diarrhea. There are many causes and a proper workup is what I would suggest. Best of luck!
