Anxiety?: It could be anxiety. Weddings are stressful even if you are happy about the marriage. Make sure you are getting enough sleep. Drink at least 6 large glasses of water daily. Eat healthy foods. Get some exercise every day. Try to focus on the positive. You might also want to see your PCP for an exam and blood tests. Good luck.
