In moderation: All NSAIDs increase the chance of stomach and upper intestinal inflammation, ulceration and bleeding, and alcohol can contribute to this as well. If we are talking 1-2 standard drinks, there is not likely to be an interaction. If you experience heartburn or abdominal discomfort, stop using alcohol. The use of an OTC like prilosec or tagamet/zantac can also protect your stomach. Keep it MODERATE.
