I've been having headaches and i've been feeling really weak and tired do i have something to be worried about?

Yes: 20 yo w. headaches, fatigue & tiredness might consider viral illness (hepatitis, Lyme, etc.), rule out meningitis; if is fever. More likely cervical muscle tension headaches are associated with non-restorative sleep & depression. Thyroid disorder, anemia, CNS disorder, and fibromyalgia are possible co- conspirators; worthy of investigation.
