Yes: 20 yo w. headaches, fatigue & tiredness might consider viral illness (hepatitis, Lyme, etc.), rule out meningitis; if is fever. More likely cervical muscle tension headaches are associated with non-restorative sleep & depression. Thyroid disorder, anemia, CNS disorder, and fibromyalgia are possible co- conspirators; worthy of investigation.

H/A needs evaluation: Please get evaluated by a physician as your symptoms may be related to multiple entities including meningitis, tumor, viral syndrome and migraines among others. A physician needs to evaluate you further for proper diagnosis and treatment.
