See your surgeon: you are fresh post op from surgery all your problems need to be discuss with your surgeon and he needs to be aware of what is happening to you first it is normal to have these changes in your sac the best way to take care of it is ice and elevation it is a good idea to use athletic supportto kee gragity from keep pulling on your fresh incision talk to your surgeon please good luck
