No Not Normal: Uterine bleeding warrants an exam and a reasonable explanation. I suspect the diarrhea and constipation being secondary to autonomic dysfunction as a result of the uterine bleed or what caused same.

Not normal.: It is not possible to provide you with a diagnosis without being able to obtain more information and examine you. There are several potential causes for your symptoms. However, if you are having heavy bleeding (changing soaked pad every two hours; needing to double up overnight) then you should seek medical attention asap. Take Care!

Abnormal bleeding: No it is not normal but it can happen. Is this the first time this has happened? Are you on any medications? Any chance that you could have been pregnant? Have you been evaluated for fibroids or other structural issues such as a polyp? You see, many possible explanations. An evaluation by your physician will help pinpoint the reason.
