Heart symptoms: There are myriad symptoms from none to terrible in intensity varying by underlying diagnoses,further similar conditions in different individuals can have widely varying symptoms.Chest,jaw throat arm discomfort,air hunger breathlessness, palpitations, unusual sweats, fatigue, lightheadedness, passing out, nausea are just some of the commoner ones;hope it helps
