Yes: It is fine to take Nyquil while on oral contraceptives.

Very little interact: interaction. They can be used together. Dextromethorphan, an ingredient in many cold medicines as a weak narcotic cough suppressant (weak enough that it is sold over the counter!) suppresses liver metabolism of drugs and INCREASES their levels. More drug .. not going to make it work less. But these effects are small even compared to the difference in drug concentration from people's sizes.
