See your dentist: see your dentist. You have a salivary gland; mucocele. It is a saliva gland which has been injuried or blocked; saliva is accumulating in the blocked duct. The gland needs to be excised by an Oral MaxilloFacial Surgeon.

Pustule: I would consider this to be an infection even though it did not produce pus. Now that you have poked it with a pin I would strongly consider it infected.
