Should be fine: There isn't much evidence out there that states you absolutely have to have a certain amount of periods per year. Some women are on types of birth control where they never have periods while using it (Depo, sometimes progestin IUDs) or use continuous contraception like you and are fine with little to no bleeding. So yes, four a year is ok.
