Skip Placebos: TriSprintec (norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol) has 21 active pills followed by 7 placebo pills. If you want to skip one period, take the 21 active pills as always. Then on day 22, start a new pack of triSprintec (norgestimate and ethinyl estradiol) and take it normally instead of taking the placebos . You might have some breakthrough bleeding at some point but it will likely be after your honeymoon is over. You are still protected from pregnancy. Best wishes!
