Bleeding: So you have a constellation of symptoms that really need to be looked at. Bleeding for that long needs to be investigated, you may be anemic at this point (low blood counts). This alone can cause headaches. Could be pelvic inflammatory disease, a bad infection in the pelvic area, which could cause nausea/heartburn. Again, I would see a doctor, as this needs to be addressed. Good luck!

Time to see doctor: If you have been having menstrual bleeding since October 1 and it is November 5 now, you ought to consult your doctor for an evaluation. You may be anemic which may explain the other symptoms. Start taking iron supplement and see your doctor at the earliest.
