Yes: Many women experienced pain with ovulation. This is very common. Whether or not your hip hurting is related to ovulation is difficult to say. Hip pain is often due to musculoskeletal problems not due to visceral problems from the ovaries. Ibuprofen is a great medication to help with this type of ovulation pain.
