I think it will work: Duphaston is a progestin and is typically used to treat irregular vaginal bleeding. But it has been used to promote a period, and the amount and timing you suggest seems to be the recommended protocol. I presume you would need to get a prescription for this from your doctor so, of course, you can review this plan with her/him. Good wishes!
