What is an alternative medication klonopin, (clonazepam) could valium be substituted, contraindications with fetzima?

Alternative: If another medication in this class (benzodiazepines) is being sought, it may depend on the reason why you need to come off Klonopin (clonazepam). Valium has many break down products & is not always a great addition if medical problems. Ativan/lorazepam unlikely to have negative impact on the liver (unlike some of the others) but is relatively short acting. Please additional information on reason. Thanks!
