RLQ pain in female: Pretty short differential here. #1 would be appendicitis, #2 pelvic inflammatory disease. #3 Ectopic pregnancy. Should be seen at Emergency Department or Urgent care as soon as possible to rule out serious problems. Thanks for Trusting HealthTap!
