Twin pregancies: Twin pregnancies generally have more exaggerated symptoms than single pregnancies. Increased nausea, vomiting and headaches may occur and require more intense management on occasion. Your healthcare provider should be aware of the extent of these symptoms, so he/she can prevent more serious consequences.
