Depends on the kind: Do you need physiotherapy or behavioral therapy. The best that I know of is to ask your doctor and relate the problems you have had in the past. If this is not good, talk to your insurance company, as many have nurses that can help you find the right one as part of their customer service. Best wishes.

It is difficult: Finding a good therapist is very difficult, but well worth your time once you do. Some people go through several therapists before they find the one right for them. You could asks some friends for recommendations or possibly read about therapists in your area on the internet. Looking for someone with a particular interest in the types of experiences you have had could be beneficial.
