If you mean: Solpadeine, then you should consider avoiding this. There are multiple medications under this name, which are combination medications, often including codeine and/or caffeine. While moderate caffeine intake hasn't necessarily been shown to be detrimental during pregnancy, I'd be careful. Additionally, codeine is an opioid and ideally would be avoided during pregnancy. Review this with your OB.
