Hormonal changes: Many things can cause this. Often it is just hormonal fluctuations. Stress can cause it. If you are sure you are not pregnant then do not worry but if your periods do not get back to normal in the next few months then please see your doctor. In the mean time get plenty of rest, drink at least 6 glasses of water daily, try to decrease stress and do some exercise like walking daily.
