Calcification: Hi. Your "pancreatic number" means nothing. If that's an amylase or lipase value, then it's elevated, and consistent with pancreatitis. Pancreatic calcification is commonly seen in pancreatitis (especially chronic pancreatitis) due to released lipases generating free fatty acids which form an insoluble precipitate with calcium. Pancreatitis can be serious, and may require hospital admission.
