What do you mean: The Estring (estradiol) is designed to deliver estrogen to the vagina for a three month interval. It needs a liquid environment to allow this passage. If the ring comes out, rinse it out, allow to dry in a clean place (a dish would be ok) and then go to your gynecologist for reinsertion if there is a reasonable time left in its three month cycle.
