Feeling sick: These symptoms can be related to too many things to guess, but clearly if your period does not start shortly after the 8th, and especially if the symptoms persist - have an exam to find out what's wrong. During this time, be attentive to healthy living. Get adequate rest, eat moderately and avoid fast food, alcohol, tobacco, unnecessary stress etc. Drink lots of water and track how you feel. Best!
