I'm 2 days past a 5 day embryo transfer. shouldn't i start feeling slight cramping by now since the embryo should be attaching by now. i feel nothing.

Not necessarily: cramping varies from woman to woman and is not diagnostic of implantation.

Normal: SHould not feel anything as pregnancy implants. Feeling cramping is actually not a good sign. Hope this helps. Best of luck with trying to conceive. Dr R
