Bacterial balance: Take yogurt twice daily & good quality probiotics for 3 months at least.The best one is Dr.Ohira's probiotic,if you can afford it for 1-2 months change will happen faster. Avoid all dairy except yogurt for 3 months.Kefir is a Russian yogurt drink loaded with good bacteria. Constipation by definition is hard stools.Drink 8-10 glasses of water.
