Around 7 again: So I know you have been told to try to take the BCP at the same time every day, but it is ok if you are an hr or 2 off, what we are concerned about is a person taking the pill at a different time every day. It would be best to keep taking the pill around the same time you used to take it so you don't get confused, even with the change in daylight savings time.

You can still take : it at 7 pm even though the clocks just changed. The reason is that you have an established pattern of taking meds then. It can help to stay in a habit in order to remember. Take care.
