I am on cerelle birth control and i take it every night at 9pm every night. i have ibs related diarrhoea whenever i have my coffee at about 11am the following day. am i still protected against pregnancy?

Yes. The diarrhea in the morning will not affect the absorption of the medication taken at 9pm.
