Maybe: The main side-effect of implanon is irregular bleeding and this could be nothing more than that but if you are bleeding so heavily now you need to be seen ASAP to be sure that you are not getting severely anemic and to be certain there is nothing else going on. Take care.

Probably: Use a pregnancy test, but abnormal bleeding is common with Implanon. Did you recently stop breast feeding?

Get checked: This is not normal bleeding, especially wih Nexplanon. You need to see your GYN.
