Stay the course: and it should stop within the next 1-2 months. Most commonly it takes 2 months for your body to respond normally to the Implanon, which should stop all menstrual flow eventually. In the meantime, you should expect continual spotting and such. But for most women the desired effect of no menstruation should be reached in a couple of months.
