Pregnancy tests: Home pregnancy tests are pretty accurate, but if you were unsure, you could repeat in a week. The symptoms you describe can be caused by many things: infection, endocrine, digestive problems, etc... So it's best to get checked out by your doctor if you're not feeling better.
