I have bad chest pains aince friday night, i went to the dr on sunday and he said its acid reflux. i have had problems with acid reflux and gets heartburn because of it, but its not heart burn. its a worse pain? i had an bladder op done on 16 october

Pain : I am enclined to agree with your doctor. Acid reflux can become so severe that you feel you are having a heart attack. Trust your doctor. Good luck

Go further.: Being you had surgery very recently, your chest pains could be related to surgery-related causes, such as cardiac ischemia or pulmonary embolism. An evaluation is in order, and you may want to consider getting evaluated in the emergency room.
