I sometimes feel pain in my "vas deference" not in the testicles. i feel them swelling and and find painful to touch and cant walk/stand long. reason?

Infection/inflammati: You may have epididymitis, an epididymal cyst or orchitis ( testicle inflammation or infection). you need an examination and may also need antibiotics and/or anti inflammatory medicial. I suggest a urology consultation and examination.
