Pyridium (phenazopyridine)?: is one of your medicines pyridium (phenazopyridine)? That is often prescribed to relieve the burning sensation (not an antibiotic), and it will make your urine orange. Nothing to be concerned about. As for nausea and dizziness, it may be from the antibiotic or the infection itself. Drink plenty of fluids. If it becomes severe, see your doctor.
