If you have a fever: If you have a fever, that is a sign of an infection. You should see you gyn and have an ultrasound to see if there is still fluid in your pelvis from the ruptured cyst. If the dizziness is severe and you feel light headed, you need to go to the emergency room now an be evaluated.
