Adoption: Adoption is best at your age. Not having a period at age 49 is a sign of the end of fertility period and beginning of menopause. Getting pregnant at 49 is not safe either. Too much stress on your body specially your heart. if you still wish to get pregnant, maybe donor eggs is the way to go. Good Luck!
