Final height: I can't tell you how tall he should be right now, you have not given me any info about how tall he has been at any given timeframe. However, based on your height and dad's height I can give you a midparental estimate of what pt's final adult height should be based on genetics. In this case pt should end up at about 5 feet and 5.5 inches plus or minus 2 inches.

Hard to say: The expected height based on genetics alone is the average of both parents height plus 2.5 inches for males and less 2.5 inches for females. The stated parent height suggests 5'4.5" for your male offspring. Variations occur and a better prediction would come from having the present height and a bone age determined by xrays of the wrist and hand.
