Fluids, rest: You need to lay down and push fluids. If it doesn't get better over the next 30-60 minutes, you need to call your OB. If the baby is not moving or you are having any bleeding, go ahead and call now.

Probably normal: The uterus will be firm to the touch. If you are feeling different and /or pain-call your doctor. Contractions usually will come and go, not be continuous
