I would suggest excellent home care (brushing and flossing) and regular and perhaps more frequent professional cleanings. If the above does not remove enough of the stain then you may consider bleaching but remember bleaching is not permanent and you will need to touch up routinely based on your habits

Many superficial stains can be removed during routine dental cleanings. More stubborn stains may require a "bleaching system" like the one mentioned above
