Have had left upper arm pain for a few days. no injury or strain. plus, my right arm/fingers started to tingle today. what could be wrong?

Arm pain: I am not sure, but as described, it sounds as if you have a pinching nerve that is innervating your upper arm. Possibly arthritis in your neck or shoulder area where the nerve travels down to your arm is occurring. See the Dr. for an evaluation and possibly an EMG test to determine if you indeed have some nerve issues happening (possibly even Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, etc.). Best Wishes.
