Ovulation prediction: The most simple way is to use an ovulation prediction kit. You can buy them without a prescription in a pharmacy. You count 12 days from the start of your period and start testing your urine every day until it turns positive. There are also apps for your phone that will help you calculate your fertile window based on your menstrual history. Not a great way to prevent pregnancy. Best wishes!
