Fertility doctor: First of all, it is important to understand that infertility means that you have been unable to get pregnant for a period of time with unprotected intercourse. So, there is no test to see if you are infertile, but there are a number of tests to see why you cannot get pregnant. At age 42, it is a good idea to go directly to a fertility specialist.
