This very little: info to go on. But to be conservative - would recommend urgent eval. You would be young for an MI. Heart attack symptoms can include: chest pressure, pain or tightness that can radiate to arms, neck, jaw or back; nausea, shortness of breath, sweating, lightheadedness,dizziness, fatigue, anxiety or a sense of impending doom.
