Mono: Your description of a "white spot on lips" is not suggestive of infectious mono. Most people who have infectious mononucleosis, or mono, get it only once. Rarely, however, mononucleosis symptoms may recur months or even years later. There is no picture to assess the spot for a possible dx, but it may be a Zoster eruption.
