I have a dry spot on my top lip almost like a little dry bump. it doesn't itch or anything but its a very uncomfortable feeling should i be worried ?

No don't worry: Hard to say exactly but my first guess would be that you have a cold sore. These are very common. Most people (9 out of 10) have the virus that causes it. If it doesn't heal in the next couple days go to the pharmacist or your primary care doctor and ask for help.
