Macular rash: Difficult to say without more info. Rashes are always easier to diagnose in person when we can see/feel the skin firsthand. Any recent fever or illness? How old is the child? Is it spreading,improving or unchanging? If the rash persists or worsens, get your pediatrician to look at it.

Wait and watch: These pink faint flat spots on torso and arms may be due to viral infection , allergy or some skin changes due to pressure .Since there is no other symptoms , better watch for any change in rash , it may disappear or fever or any other symptoms appear then consult your doctor to get child examine and get treated
