Ovary, Appendix, Uri: There are only so many organs which could be affected by intercourse. Mechanically you could irritate your right ovary. Of course the appendix is there but you would have other symptoms like nausea and loss of appetite. There's always the urinary tract. If this persists have it checked by a doctor. If not try going slowly during sex and paying attention to possible rough moves.
