Yes: You should have testing to determine why your TSH is so high and why you are having these symptoms. This is not something that can wait as you have serious concerns.

Thyroid: If your TSH is high and with your symptoms, it appears that you have hypothyroidism. You need to get in for further evaluation and treatment.
