Cardiomyopathy : People with cardiomyopathy should be more careful about their heart condition even in association with other conditions like diarrhea and generalized body aches. You should carefully hydrate yourself & drink fluids with adequate electrolytes. If the symptoms continue, you should consult with your PCP & Cardiologist.

Well,....: You may have a stomach virus, which will commonly cause your symptoms, and often with rest, and increase of clear liquids over 24 hours, with a slow increase to soft foods, will help your condition. Having an underlying heart condition should make you more aware of being careful that you get better and if any symptoms of your heart arise, you would alert your doctor. Best wishes.
